Keep talking with your AI mechanic. Get context for your next step.
More context when it matters.
Walk into the shop with better questions and a clearer starting point. Diagno provides AI guidance based on the information you share. It can’t physically inspect your car or certify that it’s safe to drive.
For brakes, steering, suspension, tires, airbags, or other safety-critical concerns, Diagno may recommend an in-person inspection.
How does Diagno diagnose a car sound?
Record the sound in the iPhone app and provide your vehicle and symptoms. Diagno analyzes that information to suggest a likely issue, with AI confidence, severity, an estimated repair-cost range, driving guidance, and follow-up questions. It is AI guidance, not a confirmed inspection.
What kinds of problems can Diagno help with?
Start with an unfamiliar vehicle sound or a question about your car. Diagno uses the recording and context you provide to help explain what may be happening. Not every problem can be identified from a sound, and some concerns need an in-person inspection.
Is Diagno just a generic AI chatbot?
Diagno is built around vehicle questions. A diagnosis combines your sound recording with vehicle and symptom context, then gives you a structured report. You can continue chatting with the AI Mechanic about that diagnosis or ask general vehicle questions.
Does Diagno replace a mechanic?
No. Diagno helps you understand possible issues and prepare useful questions before visiting a shop. It cannot physically inspect your car or confirm the cause of a problem.
Will Diagno tell me whether my car is safe to drive?
Diagno can offer driving guidance based on the information you share, but it cannot certify vehicle safety. For safety-critical concerns such as brakes, steering, suspension, tires, or airbags, it may recommend an in-person inspection.
Can I ask questions without a recording?
Yes. You can ask the AI Mechanic general questions about your vehicle even when you do not have a sound to record.
